Our cozy, 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, first-floor condo is located in the charming Le Cure neighbourhood of Firenze, Italy.

This area is situated on the north side of town, just outside the Centro Storico (historical center). We chose this area for the tranquillity and residential feel. We’re a 40-minute walk to the heart of the historic center.

We are conveniently located near the shops you’ll need for everyday life in Firenze, including grocery stores, the post office, and a variety of bars and restaurants.

The apartment features a bright living room, kitchenette, a bedroom (matrimonial size), laundry closet and a bathroom. The new pull-out sofa can sleep two people.

The apartment has been newly updated and equipped with modern amenities and appliances, heat, air conditioning, wifi, and a TV.
